What does it pay?
It depends on the run — distance, and what is being carried. You are shown what a job pays before you accept it, never after.
Do I need my own bike?
Yes. A bike, a bicycle, a car, or your own two feet for short runs in town.
When do I get paid?
Your share is credited when the delivery is marked delivered. Withdrawing is up to you — there is no payday to wait for.
Do I have to take every job?
No. Declining costs you nothing and the job moves to the next rider.
What will I not be asked to carry?
Cash, documents of value, or anything you would be stopped for. If a job looks wrong, decline it and tell us.
I run a delivery company — can my riders join?
Yes. Your riders keep working for you and take Zap jobs as extra demand. Get in touch and we will set your fleet up.
