Tap the items, add the customer if you know them, take cash or send a mobile money prompt to their phone, and send the receipt to their WhatsApp or print it. Customer paying later? Record it as unpaid and Ten keeps track of who owes you what. For orders away from the counter, send a pay link or an invoice on WhatsApp: when it is paid, it is marked paid and the money reaches your Ten balance, ready to withdraw to mobile money.
