Overview

Winning a customer once is hard; winning them back should not be. Run a promo code, or a discount that applies on its own, and see exactly what it brought in. Send a campaign to your customers on WhatsApp or in the Ten app, now or later, and see the orders that followed. Start a loyalty card so every order earns stamps or points, or a members club, free or paid. Read your reviews and answer them. And set automations that work while you do: a thank-you after every order, a reminder when an invoice is overdue.

What it does
